Injury of Indian star spinner Ravichandran Ashwin fitness is a concern for India prior to the Boxing day Test will start from 26 December (Wednesday). Ashwin didn’t played 2nd Test because of abdominal strain in Perth  as the Australia won that match by 146 runs to level the series 1-1.

Ravi shastri the Indian Coach assured  that Ashwin is recovering from injury very fast and hope he will be available for the Crunch Boxing Day 4th Test.  We are going to take a look and assess Ravichandran  For next 48 hours as far as Ashwin Injury is concern, Ravi shastri said.

Jadeja is recovered 80% from his injury &  the all-rounder would be the obvious replacement for Ashwin at MCG. Rohit Sharma has missed 2nd Test after hurting lower back is fit again.

“When we look at Perth, We felt that Jadeja was 70% fit. We don’t want to take any risk at that time so he was not available in the for 2nd Test, But he has made a very good improvement and look fit for the game,” Ravi Shastri said.

Ravi shastri said, ”Ravindra Jadeja was needed an injection after he arrived Australia, He still feel some stiffness in his shoulder he was injected again”.

“It took longer than we expected, henceforth we must be watchful.

“The last thing we needed was somebody can bowl after five or Ten overs and after we stuck for players to pick for Melbourne or Sydney.

“We’ll need to assess (his) wellness over a 24-hour time span and take it one step  from that point, and furthermore (assess) the conditions.”

Hardik Pandya has been proclaimed fit after he missed the initial two Tests.

India yet to win a Test series in Australia and they will trust do it this time as Australia are without their batting powerhouses Steve Smith and David Warner.

The Question raised by cricketing greats on the selection of team in 2nd Match he said,” “We need to do what’s best for the team, as basic as that. Question was asked some information about Jadeja which I replied and I don’t think there was some other determination predicament, on the off chance that there was, not my concern.”
